Goods Return Policy

TYPE 1: Products Delivered to Customer by Nilam Makmur

 

 

The below terms only applied to factory direct shipments to you, or any items that are delivered to your requested location by Nilam Makmur (the company).

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company. If you need to return an item, please read our return policy carefully to ensure that you are eligible for a return.

 

Goods Return Eligibility

Our return policy is applicable only to products that are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the incorrect product was delivered. The return policy is not applicable for any other reasons, including product dissatisfaction or change in business needs.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be returned within 30 days (including non-working days) of the original delivery date.

 

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or Non-Standard items

  • Items that have been used, worked or damaged at site

  • Items that are not in their original size or form

 

To initiate a return, please contact our Sales Person. You will need to fill out a Return Form that specify the reason of return, evidence of any defects observed as well as the Invoice and Delivery Order details. Our team member will need to attend at your premise to understand the issues and provide guidance. After that we will provide you with a Return Note which needs to be attached on your returned item packaging. Final inspection on the return items will be done upon receipt in our facility.

 

Transportation

You will be responsible for paying the transport costs for your returned item unless otherwise negotiated and approved.

 

Refunds

Once final inspection is completed to confirm the item defects and its quantity, we will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or we will issue a Credit Note (CN).

 

Exchanges

Exchange is only applicable only to products that are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt under this policy, or if the incorrect product was shipped. The exchange policy is not applicable for any other reasons, including product dissatisfaction or change in business needs.

 

Sale Items

Certain items are marked as Sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

The Company will not be liable under this policy for any economic loss, loss of profits, business income or revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss.

TYPE 2: Self-Collected Products from Nilam Makmur Warehouse

 

 

The below terms only applied own-collected items from any of Nilam Makmur premises.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company. If you need to return an item, please read our return policy carefully to ensure that you are eligible for a return.

 

Goods Return Eligibility

  1. Loose items self-collected from our premises are not eligible for return due to observable defects. You are required to check the condition of the items at the warehouse before collection.

  2. Full pallets items in original factory packaging self-collected from our premises are eligible for return within 7 days (including non-working days) of the collection date if the items are found to be defective or damaged provided the defects are not observable in its original packaging.

  3. The return policy is not applicable for reasons including product dissatisfaction or change in business needs.
